Online Witnesses Multilingual Support

To ensure a smooth and successful online notarization experience, please review the following guidelines:

Signer Requirements

Signers must be mentally competent, acting voluntarily, and fully aware of what they are signing.

If a signer is not fluent in English, we can arrange a certified interpreter. Please note: coaching, prompting, or whispering answers is strictly prohibited. If the signer cannot communicate clearly and independently, the notarization cannot proceed.

Document Upload

Please upload your documents in PDF or Microsoft Word format (preferred).

Documents must remain unsigned, as all signatures will be completed during the notary session. Ensure you upload the entire document, not just the signature page.

Last Will and Testament

Only Florida Electronic Wills are eligible for online notarization. Contact us directly for more details.

    • Standalone signature pages cannot be notarized; the complete document must be provided.
